Meet Mingwei Lee Parks
It all started at Burning Man 2019. Eighty thousand people in the desert and I had never felt more alone.
For 30 years I tried everything to feel alive. Alcohol, toxic relationships, achievement, material things. Anything to outrun the silence.
And still something was missing.
Then I walked into a human connection workshop at a camp called Playa Alchemy and my transformation began.
In just 20 minutes I experienced a deeper connection with complete strangers than with anyone I had ever known in my life, including my family.
I broke down in tears. I made a promise to myself and my incredible family and kids. Because I knew, deep down, if I didn't make a change as soon as possible, it would hurt the people I loved most. The people that deserve the best version of me.
I dedicated myself to a lifelong journey of personal development and spiritual growth. I became obsessed with understanding what truly supports human wellbeing at the deepest level. That obsession deepened my understanding of nutrition and led me straight to FUNCTIONAL MUSHROOMS. One of nature's most powerful and ancient tools for mental clarity, stress resilience, and whole body health. What I put in my body either builds my presence or numbs it. And real connection starts there.
I've lived with social anxiety and disconnection. FUNCTIONAL MUSHROOM BLENDS became a huge part of my inner work. My healing. My way through the difficult road back to myself.
The seven years that followed cracked me open in every way imaginable. There were moments I wanted to quit. But I kept going. What I found on the other side was something I had been searching for my entire life. The greatest gift I could ask for has been witnessing the impact of my personal growth touch the lives of the people I love the most. The torch I carry is for transformation. For healing. For everyone who knows deep down there is a better version of themselves waiting on the other side.
