How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select the products you love, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and popular digital payment methods.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at support@mushroomalchemy.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available in various denominations and are delivered instantly via email. They never expire and can be used on any product in our store.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping (1 to 2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime through your account dashboard.
Is shipping free on subscriptions?
Yes. All subscription orders include free standard shipping within the continental US. No minimum order required.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
Choose your favorite products, select a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks), and save 15% on every order. Your subscription renews automatically and ships on your chosen schedule.
Can I skip or pause my subscription?
Absolutely. You can skip a delivery, pause, or adjust your subscription anytime through your account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
Can I change products in my subscription?
Yes. Log into your account and visit the subscription management page to swap products, adjust quantities, or change your delivery frequency at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard with no fees or penalties. If you need help, our support team is available at support@mushroomalchemy.com.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original packaging.
How do I initiate a return?
Email support@mushroomalchemy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the item.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
