Shipping Information

At Mushroom Alchemy, we want your functional mushroom blends and social chocolates to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping (5 to 7 business days): Complimentary on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.95 applies.
Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 business days): Available for a flat rate of $9.95.
Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Available for a flat rate of $19.95.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on local regulations. If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund for the affected item.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mushroomalchemy.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional transit time for these deliveries.

Subscription Shipments

Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected schedule. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each renewal. Shipping is always complimentary on subscription orders, regardless of order value.

Weather and Chocolate Products

During warmer months, we take extra precautions to ensure our chocolate products arrive in great condition. Orders containing chocolate may include insulated packaging or cold packs at no additional charge. In cases of extreme heat, we may hold shipments briefly to protect product quality and will notify you if this occurs.
