30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure the following:

  • Your request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product is in its original packaging (opened or unopened).
  • You provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@mushroomalchemy.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products if you would like to try a different blend. Simply contact us and we will arrange the swap at no additional cost (subject to product availability).

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be canceled, paused, or modified at any time before the next billing cycle. If you have already been charged for a subscription renewal, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge, provided the order has not yet shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been significantly consumed (more than 75% used). Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@mushroomalchemy.com.
