Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand shipping.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days | $5.99 (Free on subscription orders)
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days | $12.99
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day | $24.99
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
Free Shipping
All subscription orders ship free with standard shipping. One-time purchases qualify for free shipping on orders over $75.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your package appears delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact our support team for assistance.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional transit time for these deliveries.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Our chocolate products are temperature-sensitive. During warmer months, we may use insulated packaging or expedited shipping to ensure product quality. If your chocolate arrives melted, please contact us for a replacement.
