We want you to feel the difference, and we stand behind that. If you're not completely satisfied, reach out to us at mingles@mushroomalchemy.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of a full refund.

What Qualifies

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be less than half consumed. If more than half the product has been used, we're not able to offer a refund, since at that point we trust you've had the chance to really experience it.

Depending on the size of your order, we may ask that unopened products be returned to us before your refund is processed. If a return is required, we'll let you know and provide instructions when you reach out.

Your order must also have been tracked and picked up on time per our shipping policy. Since our delivery guarantee doesn't cover packages left out past delivery or affected by melting after drop off, those situations fall outside what a refund can cover here too.

How It Works

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If a return is required for your order, your refund will be processed once we receive the item back.
