Subscription and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Mushroom Alchemy, we believe in flexibility. Our subscription service is designed to make your life easier, not to lock you in. You are always in control of your subscription.
How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to a Mushroom Alchemy product, you will receive automatic deliveries at the interval you choose (every 2 weeks, 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days). Subscribers enjoy a discount on every order, and shipping is always complimentary.
Cancel Anytime
There are no long-term commitments. You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees. To cancel, simply log into your account and manage your subscription from your account dashboard, or email us at support@mushroomalchemy.com.
Pause or Skip a Delivery
Not ready for your next shipment? You can pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery at any time through your account dashboard. Pausing your subscription will not affect your subscriber discount when you resume.
Modify Your Subscription
You can update your subscription at any time, including changing the product, quantity, delivery frequency, or shipping address. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each delivery cycle. You will receive an email notification before each charge. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Refunds on Subscription Orders
If you cancel your subscription after a renewal charge but before the order has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund on that charge. Once an order has shipped, our standard return and refund policy applies.
